Before Replying to an Advertisement Inclusion of an advertisement on the NUFF website does not imply that we endorse or approve of the advertiser or recommend the products or services being offered. NUFF has no way of checking the 'bona fides' of advertisers and you should always make your own enquiries before proceeding. Disclaimer NUFF does not under any circumstances accept responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of any advert or message on nuff.org.uk nor is any kind of warranty expressed or implied by such publication. NUFF specifically disclaims all and any liability to advertisers, readers and users of any kind for loss or damage of any nature whatsoever and however arising, whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause, and whether on the part of NUFF, their servants or agents or any other person. General Advice on Content of Advertisements We do not publish advertisements for sexual services or link to sites with content of a sexual nature. However, we cannot check the 'bona fides' of everyone who requests an advertisement - if you think inappropriate material has been included please let us know. We can make no recommendation or comment at all concerning the type or quality of goods or services offered. You should always check qualifications, insurance and such like before proceeding. All Content (including text and photographs) must be legal, decent, honest and truthful and, if placed by a Business, should comply with the British Code of Advertising, Sales Promotion and Direct Marketing (the "CAP" code) and all other applicable regulations and codes of practice. Advertising Terms & Conditions These conditions (“Conditions”) apply to all advertisements submitted to the Naturist UK Fact File (NUFF) for publication on its website. Words which first appear in these conditions in quotation marks and bold type will have the meaning given them when they first appear in that form. The placing with The Naturist UK Fact File - NUFF - Website (the “Publisher”) of an advertisement will amount to acceptance of the Conditions by the party placing the advertisement (the “Advertiser”). In these Conditions the “Advertiser” means the legal person either advertising the products or services promoted in the Advertisement or making the announcement contained in it. The Advertiser contracts with the Publisher as principal. All Advertisements are accepted subject to the Publisher’s approval and the Publisher reserves the right, for any reason at any time, to reject, cancel, or suspend publication of an Advertisement without prior notice. The right of the Publisher to edit an advertisement, in particular to abridge when necessary, is reserved. The Publisher accepts no responsibility for the content of any advertisement published on its website or for the content of other websites. Readers should note that the inclusion of an advertisement in no way implies approval or recommendation of either the terms of any offer contained in it or of the Advertiser by the Publisher. Errors and Omissions While every care is taken to avoid mistakes, the Publisher cannot accept liability for any errors, misprints, or omissions in an advertisement, or where the error, misprint or omission (whether or not due to the Publisher) does not, in the Publisher's reasonable opinion, materially detract from the advertisement. The Buyer warrants that the Advertisement complies with all national and international legal and regulatory requirements and codes of practice (whether voluntary or obligatory). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Buyer also warrants that the Advertisement:
