House Rules for Submitted Content

House Rules for Submitting Content and Comments to the NUFF website:

Publication: NUFF reserves the right not to publish any submitted comments, postings, articles or pictures if, in our opinion they breach our house rules. The decision of the NUFF Administrators is final in these matters.

General: Contributions should be polite, tasteful, relevant and legal.

Please do not post material which:

• Is defamatory - a defamatory comment is one that is capable of damaging the reputation of a person or organisation.
• Contains personal information such as addresses and telephone numbers
• Is a "personal contact advert" - other online dating services are available
• Incites crime or is unlawful, harassing, efamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, homophobic or racially offensive.
• Has been copied from somewhere else without permission and for which you don't own the copyright

Copyright

You own the copyright in your comments, postings, articles and pictures, but by submitting them to the NUFF website you agree to grant NUFF a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and create derivative works consistent with NUFF's Privacy Policy and the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 2.5 License under which NUFF is published.

If you do not wish to grant such rights to NUFF, please do not submit contributions to this site.

By submitting your contribution to this site, you also warrant that such contribution is:

• your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to NUFF for all the purposes specified above
• is not defamatory
• does not infringe any law

You also agree to indemnify NUFF against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by the NUFF as a result of your breach of the above warranty.
You may not post any defamatory or illegal material of any nature. This includes text, graphics, video, and/or audio. Posting a message with the intention of committing or condoning an illegal act is strictly prohibited.
You may not violate, plagiarise, or infringe on the rights of third parties including copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, personal, publicity, or proprietary rights.
