In no event unless required by Applicable Law or agreed to in writing will the authors and collators, or any other party who may redistribute 'NUFF', be liable to you for any damages, including any general, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in 'NUFF' information, even if the authors and collators have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

In addition to and without limitation, the authors and collators do not warrant or make any representation:

These Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales (the "Applicable Law") and the Courts of England shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

If any part of these Conditions is declared unlawful or void or is for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed removed from these Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Conditions.

These Conditions as agreed and accepted by you constitute the entire agreement between the authors and collators and you on the subject matter herein and cannot be modified except in writing.
